New Country 969 has teamed up with Sobeys Vaughn Harvey, Mathnasium and The 2 Kates of Remax Quality Real Estate, and Lutes Mountain Tire to support the local area school breakfast & lunch programs.

We have a food collection box inside the Sobeys Vaughn Harvey location for listeners to drop non perishable food donations in.

All donations will be distributed to area schools thru the Food Depot Alimentaire

The New Country 969 Food Drive for the school breakfast and lunch programs is proudly supported by the The 2 Kates of Remax Quality Real Estate, Lutes Mountain Tire, and Mathnasium.

Items needed by the schools include canned ham / turkey, mayonnaise, fruit cups, apple sauce, granola bars, canned pasta, KD or rice cups.

On Saturday October 31 from 8 till 2, we’ll have a drive thru set up in the Sobeys Vaughn Harvey parking lot to collect cash and food donations.

Pop your trunk or pass it thru your vehicle window.

All donations will be entered to win a kids mountain bike from Sobeys.

Food collected will be distributed to the area school thru the Food Depot Alimentaire.
